Smith College Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/8 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 c. canned milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
Preparation
    Stir together in a large saucepan the sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, milk and butter.
    Bring to boil on high heat, then turn heat to medium.
    Add 2 squares chocolate.
    When candy is ready (hardens in cold water), remove from heat.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into flat, shallow pan.
    Let cool.
    Cut into squares.
