Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. mushrooms, chopped
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    1 c. cucumber, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. tarragon vinegar
    3 c. tomato juice
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. chives, chopped
Preparation
    Crush garlic in 1 teaspoon salt.
    Saute mushrooms in olive oil.
    Combine with remaining ingredients in stainless or glass bowl.
    Cover and chill at least 3 hours or overnight.
    Serve with garlic croutons, if desired.
