Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef, cubed
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 large onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 to 2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
    1/2 tsp. ground marjoram
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. undrained tomatoes (1 lb. can)
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Coat beef with flour. Brown beef and onions in hot oil.
    Add green pepper, garlic, paprika, salt, seasonings, tomatoes and water.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours until meat is tender. Combine 3 tablespoons flour with 1/2 cup water. Blend into meat mixture. Bring to a boil.
    Serve over noodles or potatoes.
