Mushroom Hors D'Oeuvres - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1 medium minced onion
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    12 slices Pepperidge Farm white bread
Preparation
    Cut crust off bread and roll flat.
    Saute onion in oleo.
    Add mushrooms; stir in flour, seasoning and sour cream.
    Do not boil. Spread on bread and roll up.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Brush each roll with melted oleo and freeze.
    After frozen, cut each roll into quarters.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 dozen.
