Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage
6 slices white or wheat bread (crust removed)
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
oleo (to butter bread)
Preparation

Crumble, cook and drain sausage.
Remove crust from bread, then butter and cut into cubes.
Place cubes in buttered 3-quart flat casserole dish.
Sprinkle with sausage (using all) and top with cheese.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
Beat well. Pour over mixture in dish.
Chill overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
(Good company breakfast.)
