Microwave Caramels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. corn syrup
Preparation
    Melt butter in 4 quart bowl, then add rest of ingredients. Cook on high 18 to 20 minutes. Stir every 2 minutes with wooden spoon. Out of microwave, add 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into buttered pan. Cut and wrap.
