Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter in a bowl.
    Beat egg, then add egg, milk and molasses.
    Sift flour, soda and ginger into mixture and beat well.
    Bake in shallow greased pan (9-inch pie pan works well) at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
