Grandma'S Never Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. lard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening and salt.
    Whip together vinegar, egg and water.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Makes enough for 2 large 2-crust pies.
