Broccoli-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 chopped onion
2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 large can mushrooms
Preparation

Cook rice (Riverbrand).
Cook broccoli and drain.
Saute onion, rice, broccoli and mushrooms in butter.
Add milk, soup and cheese.
In glass casserole, mix all together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
