Crab-Stuffed Chicken Breasts(Serves 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole medium chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. dry white cooking wine
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, drained
    1/2 c. coarsely crumbled crackers
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (optional)
    1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Place chicken (one piece at a time) between plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet, working from the center out until about 1/8-inch thick.
