Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter (margarine)
    3 slices bread, broken up
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can salmon, drained with skin and bones removed
Preparation
    Beat egg slightly.
    Add remaining ingredients to egg.
    Blend well with spoon.
    Shape into loaf; put into loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
