Pork Satay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter
2 Tbsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 clove garlic
1 1/2 lb. lean pork (tenderloin)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
olive oil
Preparation

Mix peanut butter, coriander, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, lemon juice and soy sauce in a bowl to make marinade.
Cut pork into cubes and toss with marinade.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate all day or overnight. Skewer meat and broil over charcoal fire 20 to 25 minutes or bake in a 375\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes.
Baste often with olive oil.
