Five Veggie Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded cabbage (raw)
2 c. sliced carrots (raw)
1 lb. small white beans (raw)
2 c. finely chopped onions (raw)
1 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic
3 c. water
2 c. chopped tomatoes (raw)
3 Tbsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
a little Worcestershire sauce, Texas Pete or chili powder (if desired)
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a large deep cooking pan and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 hours or until beans and vegetables are tender.
