Snack Bar Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
    Add flour and salt gradually and stir in vanilla extract and crushed pineapple with juice. Bake in large greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
