Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. granulated sugar
13 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 box chocolate cake mix

Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and sugar.
Add other ingredients and spread between devil's food cake after cooking by directions on package.
