Chicken And Dumplins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cooked until tender and deboned
2 1/2 c. flour
6 Tbsp. shortening
salt
1 c. water
Preparation

Sift flour and salt.
Mix in shortening and water.
Roll very thin.
Cut into strips and then pieces.
Drop into boiling broth a few at a time.
Make sure broth continues to boil while adding dumplins.
Add chicken.
Stir.
Reduce heat.
Cook until dumplins are tender.
