Yellow Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size yellow squash, sliced
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon extract
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    dash of salt
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Cook squash in a small amount of boiling water until tender; drain well and mash.
    Combine margarine, sugar, lemon extract, flour, eggs and salt.
    Add squash, stirring well.
    Spoon squash mixture into pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm.
    This will surprise you.
    It tastes exactly like a lemon pie.
