Tuna Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna
3 to 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3/4 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. curry powder
dash of salt
2 green onions, finely sliced
Preparation

Let cream cheese soften.
Drain tuna; mash with fork.
Combine cheese, tuna and mayonnaise.
Add lemon juice, curry and salt.
Mix to blend well.
Add onions and stir to blend.
Chill for 1 hour. Serve as dip or as sandwich spread.
