Carob Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 Tbsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. carob powder
    4 c. scalded milk
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. honey
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    carob powder (for garnish)
Preparation
    Beat honey into egg yolks.
    Add salt and carob.
    Slowly stir in milk.
    In a double boiler, cook mixture over hot, but not boiling water.
    Stir constantly until mixture coats a spoon. Cool.
