Popovers That Pop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. milk (room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Generously grease 10 popover pans or ten 6 ounce custard cups (standard muffin pans can be used, filling alternating greased cups with batter).
    Be sure eggs and milk are at room temperature.
