Frozen Broccoli Casserole Or Fresh Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
3/4 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
2 c. fresh squash or frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cans water or milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
cheese slices or grated cheese (on top)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Melt butter in casserole dish.
Put the uncooked rice evenly in the dish.
Spread the broccoli or squash evenly over the rice.
Shake onions over top.
In a pan, heat the water or milk, soup, salt and pepper.
Mix together well.
Pour over top.
Bake 1 hour, then add cheese and bake until melted. Cook uncovered!
