Turkey Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 medium onion
    48 oz. V-8 juice
    1 medium cabbage head, cut into small pieces
    1 large can mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Brown the ground turkey; drain the fat.
    Then, in a large pot, add all the other ingredients.
    Let it cook for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
