Milk Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together.
    In skillet, brown the seasoned flour in oil.
    Stir frequently.
    Add milk.
    Stir to dissolve flour.
    Let cook until cooked down into a gravy.
    Stir often to prevent sticking and to dissolve lumps.
    Takes about 35 minutes.
