Turkey Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 lb. canned tomatoes
    1 lb. canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    corn tortillas
    shredded lettuce
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground turkey in nonstick skillet.
    Drain meat, then stir in onion, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder and ground cumin.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Remove cover during the last 5 minutes so liquid can evaporate.
    Fill warmed tortillas with 1/3 cup filling.
    Top with shredded lettuce and 1 tablespoon grated Cheddar.
    Per 2 tacos:
    310 calories, 10 gm fat.
