English Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can small English peas
    2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped fine
    1/2 c. celery, chopped fine
    1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
    1 c. cubed cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    mayonnaise to blend
Preparation
    Chill English peas and drain.
    Lightly toss peas, eggs and onions with mayonnaise.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add cheese and celery.
    Chill well and serve on a lettuce cup and garnish with pimento.
