Sour Cream Drop Cookie Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Mix
    all
    ingredients
    together
    (if dough is too soft, then cover
    and\trefrigerate).
    Heat
    oven
    to 375\u00b0.
    Drop by level teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake
    like a cake (until almost no indentation remains when touched,
    about
    10
    minutes).
    Remove
    immediately from cookie sheet.
    Cool and glaze.
    Makes 4 1/2 to 5 dozen.
