Low Fat Italian Sauce(15 Minute Pasta Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. dried Porcini mushrooms
    8 oz. fettucini noodles
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 clove fresh garlic, minced
    1 lb. Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, halved
    3 sprigs fresh oregano or 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    Basil Chiffonade
    Parmesan cheese to sprinkle
Preparation
    Wash porcini mushrooms in water; strain and save the water. Heat olive oil in pot and add porcini mushrooms.
    Add herbs and chopped tomatoes.
    Add liquid from Porcini mushrooms and fresh mushrooms.
    Saute 15 minutes with lid off.
