Gourmet Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Russet potatoes, peeled and cooked
1 c. celery, finely diced
1/4 c. chives (green onion stems)
1 tsp. dill
mayonnaise (approximately 1 c. or to taste)
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. red pepper, diced
2 hard-cooked eggs (for garnish)
Preparation

Dice potatoes. Add all ingredients. Adjust mayonnaise by preference. Top with boiled egg slices.
