Orange Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef flank steak
1/2 c. orange juice
4 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. dried minced onion
snipped chives (optional)
orange wedges (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the broiler. Trim the fat from the meat.
Place meat on unheated rack of a broiler pan.
