Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oz. red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. cake flour, sifted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together food coloring and cocoa; set aside.
    Cream and beat fluffy sugar, Crisco and eggs.
    Add food coloring mixture. Add sifted flour, salt, buttermilk and vanilla.
    Remove from mixer and add baking soda and vinegar.
    Bake in 3 pans at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
