Minnie Ann'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    5 boiled eggs
    2 heaping Tbsp. pickle relish
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 very small can pimentos
    1/2 pt. Kraft mayonnaise
    1 big serving spoon mustard
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skin on (do not overcook, just firm).
    Skin potatoes and cut in chunks.
    Boil eggs; peel and cut up smaller than potatoes.
    Add sweet pickle relish with a little juice.
    Add onion, chopped up.
    Add pimentos, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Stir up; add more mayonnaise if needed.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
