Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. honey
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 apples, sliced
Preparation

Mix rice and eggs; add the rest of ingredients in order.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
