Cranberry Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored Jell-O
    1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 small can mandarin oranges
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Stir in cranberry sauce, pineapple and juice, celery, lemon juice, oranges and nuts.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill until firm and unmold on a bed of lettuce.
    Serve with mayonnaise.
    Goes well with turkey.
