Oven Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 medium Russet potatoes, 1/2-inch cubes
1 small onion thinly sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. Lawry's seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. Lawry's garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

In large bowl, toss potatoes and onions with seasonings to coat well.
Pour mixture into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
Drizzle with oil.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
