Lobster Sauce(Chinese Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 beef bouillon cubes, melted in 1 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 tsp. Gravy Master
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, drain and chop up fine.
    Add beaten egg.
    Mix well.
    Add garlic powder and sugar.
    Stop there.
    Separately add beef bouillon and water.
    Then add cornstarch, soy sauce and Gravy Master. Pour into meat mixture and simmer 10 minutes, uncovered. Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
    Then sit and enjoy!
