Sausage-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 bell pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    garlic
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Pour off grease.
    Add bell pepper, celery, onion and garlic.
    Simmer a few minutes, then add uncooked rice and soups.
    Mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
