Bacon Tomato Cups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded
1/2 small onion
3 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. basil
1 can flaky biscuits
Preparation

Spray 3 mini muffin pans with Pam.
Separate biscuits into 3 parts.
Place in muffin pans.
Use tart shaper.
Dip in flour and push biscuit into pans.
Mix all ingredients together and spoon into biscuit.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Makes 20 to 30 appetizers.
