Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. c. mushrooms or 1/2 lb. fresh ones
1 c. butter
2 c. broth
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt if needed
1/4 c. flour
1 c. cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Simmer until smooth, stirring well.
Cook 20 minutes.
Just before serving, add the paprika, lemon juice and salt.
