Wild Rice And Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
1/2 c. white rice (uncooked)
3 c. water for cooking rice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 c. chopped cooked ham
3 cans soup (cream of mushroom or cream of chicken or both)
1 can sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook rice together according to directions in 3 cups water. Set aside.
Cook broccoli.
In 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half of rice, broccoli, Cheddar cheese, mushrooms and cut up ham.
Repeat. Spread soup on top and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
