Banana-Kiwi Fool - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced, quartered kiwi
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sliced bananas
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. whipping cream
Preparation
    Put first five ingredients in pot over medium heat; stir to thicken and boil 1 minute.
    Put in glass dish, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.
    Beat cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy; add cream and beat until stiff.
    Fold fruit mixture into cheese mixture.
    Chill some more.
