Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. shell macaroni
    1 tsp. plain salt
    9 hard boiled eggs
    1/2 c. pimentos, chopped
    2 cans English peas, drained (I use small size peas)
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil macaroni in salted water until tender; drain.
    Blanch in cold water; drain.
    Add other ingredients except mayonnaise.
    Toss lightly, then mix in mayonnaise.
    Cover and chill several hours before serving.
    Serves 15 to 20 people.
