Mushroom Madeira Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. Madeira
3 c. chicken stock or broth
2 medium size onions
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. beef stock or broth
1 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper to taste
sour cream
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine the Madeira, 1/2 cup chicken stock and 1/2 pound mushrooms. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes; set aside.
