Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 minced onion
    1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 large can spaghetti sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
    5 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. grated Italian cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic in frypan.
    Add spaghetti sauce and seasonings.
    Cook noodles.
    Drain well.
    Arrange in baking dish a layer of cooked noodles, cottage cheese to which a beaten egg has been added, a layer of Mozzarella cheese and meat sauce. Continue layers until dish is full.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
