Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Minute rice
1 lb. sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheese
1 can French fried onions
Preparation

Cook the rice as directed. Brown together the sausage, onion, green pepper and celery. Add the mushrooms and water chestnuts. Stir in the rice and soup.
Put in casserole dish and top with the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Top with the French fried onions. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
