Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli (any brand)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (any brand)
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Treasure Cave Blue cheese
Ritz cracker crumbs
1/8 c. milk
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain after cooking. Combine Blue cheese, cream cheese and milk in saucepan. Heat until mixture is smooth and melted.
Avoid burning or scorching mixture.
Place broccoli in casserole dish (average size).
Pour in cheese mixture.
Stir well. Top casserole with cracker crumbs. Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until you think it's finished.
