Quick Whip Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    3 1/2 c. cut vegetables or 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    rice
Preparation
    Cook 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into thin strips) in 1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise.
    Cook in large frying pan on medium heat for 3 minutes.
    Add 1 package frozen mixed vegetables (thawed) or 3 1/2 cups cut up fresh vegetables.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Continue cooking for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Serve with rice.
    Serves 4 to 5.
