Meatballs With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg
    1 to 2 slices bread, grated
    2 heaping Tbsp. Lipton onion soup mix
    1/4 c. water or milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    remainder Lipton onion soup mix pkg.
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together except mushroom soup.
    Roll into little meatballs.
    Brown nicely.
    Combine mushroom soup with remaining onion soup mix (2 to 3 tablespoons).
    Add water, about 1/2 cup, to make thin gravy of desired consistency.
    Pour over meatballs.
    Stir and simmer about 30 minutes.
    Serve with noodles, rice or potatoes.
