Instant Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (lemon or pineapple cream)
    2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust, baked and cooled
Preparation
    Place cream cheese in bowl and stir until well softened.
    Add about 1/2 cup milk a little at a time, blending mixture until very smooth.
    Add remaining 1 1/2 cups milk and pudding mix.
    Beat slowly until well mixed, about 1 minute.
    Pour into crust. Chill.
    Add cherry pie filling before serving.
