Hawaiian Coconut Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. apricot, pineapple or peach preserves
    1/3 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Combine cheese and preserves, mixing until well blended.
    Add coconut; mix well.
    Chill.
    Serve with nut bread slices, bread sticks, crackers or vegetable sticks.
    Makes 1 1/3 cups.
