Cucumber Relish (Angie Gillispie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. chopped cucumbers
    2 c. chopped onions
    4 large bell peppers (red for color if possible)
    2 hot peppers
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. (Ms. Wages) dill vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    4 tsp. turmeric
    2 tsp. mustard seed
    1 clove garlic, chopped fine
    1 large jar pimentos (for color if no red pepper used)
Preparation
    Boil 15 minutes.
    Pack in jars and seal.
    Boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
